You can create a disc for any purpose, whether it be as a gift for family, a screener for an independent film or a professional presentation for colleagues.

In March 2015, YouTube launched support for publishing and viewing 360-degree videos, with playback on its website and its Android mobile apps. Parent company Google also announced that it would collaborate with camera manufacturers to make it easier for creators to upload 360-degree content recorded with their products to YouTube.[12] However, in 2017, Google and YouTube began to promote an alternative stereoscopic video format known as VR180, which is limited to a 180-degree field of view, but is promoted as being more accessible to produce than 360-degree video, and allowing more depth to be maintained by not subjecting the video to equirectangular projection [8][14]

The motion tracking tool is great for advanced editors who want to give their videos a special look. It allows you to isolate a moving object, person or other element and then apply effects that will follow them through the video. This is great for situations such as when you want to brighten up the colors on a person but keep the background the way it is, or even change it to black and white. Lots of potential here.
YouTube supports uploading and playback of 360° spherical videos on computers in Chrome, Firefox, MS Edge and Opera browsers. In order to upload a 360° video file, you’ll need to modify the file with an app or script before uploading.
Blackmagic Davinci Resolve and FilmLight Baselight: Everyone uses Resolve or Baselight, period. If ever there was an industry standard with an indestructible hold on Hollywood, it’s those two. Maybe a couple major films ever have used SpeedGrade, other than that it’s all Resolve or Baselight.
Facebook (parent company of VR headset maker Oculus VR) followed suit by adding 360-degree video support in September 2015, and subsequently unveiled reference designs for its own 360-degree camera systems known as Facebook Surround 360.[2] Facebook announced in March 2017 that more than 1 million 360-degree videos had been uploaded to Facebook to date.[15] Vimeo also launched 360-degree video support in March 2017.[16]

Today, more than 900 apple trees grow in three gardens of Kolomenskoye: Kazansky, Dyakovsky and Voznesensky. We went straight to Dyakovsky garden, which is less crowded than other two. And we were lucky: all the trees were in bloom! That was an incredibly beautiful sight…
Delete, delete, delete, delete. This is how many of us spend time managing our inboxes. According to a 2014 study by Radical, “Business users send and receive on average 121 emails a day in 2014, and this is expected to grow to 140 emails a day by 2018”. How are marketers and sales executives supposed to cut through the inbox clutter and stand out?
It starts with its simplest feature: a storyboard mode that allows you to lay out your narrative on a simpler, at-a-glance screen. That way if you don’t want to drill down to the details, you don’t have to get bogged down with all kinds of extra proprietary controls. But if you do want to drill down to a more detailed approach, you can do so with its Details mode that allows you to mix in 200 multimedia tracks, giving you seemingly endless possibilities for your project.
Our value pick is VideoPad. You can get a free version of this software from NCH’s website – it’s only for personal use, but you get a lot out of it. The paid version is only $39.95, which is a fraction of what the competition costs, but there are some tradeoffs: The interface looks antiquated and the workflow is clunky. It’s also missing some features like a slideshow creator, automatic videos, and themes and templates. It’s a basic program for basic projects.

Our editor is a non-linear tool. This means that unlike in most other editors, where scenes come one after another in a linear sequence and certain order, our software allows objects to be placed in any position on the timeline and have any size. Besides, various parameters, shape and position of objects can change arbitrarily over time.
The personalization trend in B2B marketing and sales is different from the consumer side; buying software isn’t the same as customizing your Chuck Taylors. But the same principles of connecting with the customer apply, and when done right, they are just as effective.

There is still much to learn about how to produce good 360/VR content in a broadcast-related context, for example how to make best use of existing assets and opportunities for additional location shooting that can be done relatively cheaply as a part of existing TV shooting. We are learning more about what experiences work best in this new medium and how to create them, but we are a long way from a well-established commissioning process or production grammar. Delivery methods and consumer hardware are still evolving rapidly, and more work is needed to get a solid understanding of how to create a good user experience, and even to understand what the long-term audience benefits are. Watch this space for further developments!
Avid Media Composer: This is by far the most popular. Avid was one of the first digital NLE systems and managed to survive longer than most of the other options. Thanks to that, it’s an industry standard.
No, this isn’t a VR-ready look into the huge court case between Uber and Waymo. It’s a 360 video that lets you see how Google’s fleet of self-driving cars sees the world. You’ll “sit” right on top of the car’s LIDAR systems and view the world as machine vision sees the world, complete with lots of little graphics pointing out absolutely everything in sight. There is no better way to learn about self-driving technology than this.
